Thank you for this year-end message. The line that resonated with me most is "each of these moments and feelings, and many more, represent a tile in the mosaic of the last year". For me, this year (and possibly the last 2 or 3), it couldn't be more true. When I think about the mosaic being a metaphor for the past, I find myself realizing and appreciating all the moments that didn't go right or seem to fit with "the plan". These seemingly misfit pieces suddenly make sense now that I've stepped back and taken in the whole picture. This reminder is one that I will consciously practice in
2023 as I piece together my next mosaic.
