Anshikha is currently completing her final year of the Global Health Policy, Management, and Systems Program. She is passionate about pursuing a degree that bridges research and action at the intersection of health and policy. Anshikha is especially interested in the correlation between social and political determinants of health.
Under the supervision of Rafael Aguiar, Anshikha will explore the global governance of antimicrobial resistance. She will be focusing on aspects that bring about the political will to implement policies in response to the emerging issue of antimicrobial resistance. She will be conducting a scoping review, organizing a bibliography, conducting a literature review, supporting a webinar, and contributing to a framework and model that guides the translation of research into practice.
