
Dixon graduated from the University of Exeter with a bachelor of law degree (LLB) and earned a master of law degree (LLM) in environmental and energy law (1st honours) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also worked in the energy industry in the UK for two years before transitioning back to academia. Currently, he is embarking on a thesis LLM project in international disaster law, supervised by Professor Saptarishi Bandopadhyay.
