Shazia Khan is a Global Health student at 91ÑÇÉ«. She has previously worked for Toronto Public Health and the City of Toronto, planning and facilitating youth health promotion projects and supporting Afghan Women's Organization as a women's health promoter. She has also served as a member of the Board of Directors at Flemingdon Health Centre, a community health centre in East Toronto. Shazia is keen on keeping a pulse on emerging global and local health issues, and is passionate about promoting health equity through equitable global and local public policies.
