We have some exciting news! Starting October 31st, we are replacing our single-use paper food containers in our Residence Dining Halls with reusable friendlier containers! (Available at Stong, Winters and Glendon Dining Halls)

How does it work?

Step One - Pay a $0.50 deposit with your meal purchase and enjoy your food in a friendlier container.

Step Two - Return your container to a Friendlier bin, scan the QR code on your container through the Friendlier app and receive your deposit back in 2 weeks!

What are the impacts?

  • Create less waste
  • Produce fewer emissions
  • Reduce plastic in our oceans
  • Feel good about making a difference!
