R茅serve Glendon provides support through the Office of Temporary Use of University Space for non-academic space requirements at 91亚色鈥檚 Glendon Campus. R茅serve Glendon works collaboratively with the College and service providers campus and is responsible for the consistent implementation of, and compliance with, the University鈥檚 Temporary Use of University Space policy and procedure. This includes the assessment and screening of applications for internally sponsored events in regard to eligibility, service requirements, mitigation of risks to the University, and cost recovery, where applicable.

R茅serve Glendon assists College Faculty and Staff reserve space on-campus for non-academic related events affiliated with their departmental objectives and portfolio. To request a space booking and permit, please complete the  

Student clubs and organizations must be registered with the聽Office of Student Affairs聽before submitting a space request and permit for their event. Once registered, student clubs and organizations can submit their space request through the聽. Once your space request is approved, please submit a聽聽and include a copy of your space booking confirmation.聽
