Presentation of Emmanuel Dror, Author of the Book "La fierté de Gaza"
The Salon francophone is pleased and honored to invite you to a presentation by Emmanuel Dror on his book, La Fierté de Gaza, published by Terres de Feu in September 2025.
A researcher by profession, the author draws on his longstanding activist commitment—particularly his work on the BDS campaign and within the collectives Urgences Palestine and Artistes pour la Palestine, as well as his personal ties to the region—to deliver, in La Fierté de Gaza, a deeply moving tribute to the daily resistance of a people: that of its students, artists, intellectuals, engineers, journalists, and healthcare workers, in the face of the horror of the occupation.
The event will take place at the Salon Francophone (Room YHB111) on Tuesday, October 27, and will be followed by a light snack accompanied by music. We hope to see you there!
Copies of the book will be available for purchase at 13 euros eachÌý(approximately $20 CAD).
Please note that this event will take place in French.
