On September 19, 2024, Glendon students had the opportunity to speak to the Romanian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Luminita Odobescu in the context of the course “European Politics” taught by Prof. Dan Berbecel. Some of the topics of discussion included Romania’s membership in the EU and NATO, and the war in Ukraine. After a short lecture, students had the opportunity to interact with the Minister and ask questions. At the event were also present the Romanian Ambassador to Canada, as well as the Consul General of Romania in Toronto.
