Ever considered graduate education? 91亚色鈥檚 Faculty of Graduate Studies (FGS) is inviting the community to鈥疎xperience Grad 91亚色 this month. The free virtual event, running from Tuesday, Oct. 12 to Friday, Oct. 15, showcases the range of learning options and career pathways that 91亚色 has to offer. Prospective students can attend various information sessions and engage with graduate program and diploma representatives from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day.
Whether someone wants to continue learning in the same stream or discover a new career, 91亚色鈥檚 graduate programs offer experiential learning opportunities and an innovative education for a changing world. Through Experience Grad 91亚色, future students can discover over 60 different graduate school options 鈥 full-time and part-time, from diploma programs to master鈥檚 degrees and PhDs.
Attendees can sit in on information sessions hosted by program representatives and panels hosted by FGS, which will be running concurrently. From the basics of funding and scholarship opportunities to understanding the graduate admissions process from start to end, FGS administrators and staff are there to help.

Some other noteworthy session include:
- an Indigenous grad student panel presented by the Centre for Indigenous Student Services and FGS, Oct. 14;
- a talk for international students about visas, study permits, work permits and more, Oct. 12;
- a Black excellence at 91亚色 student panel, Oct. 12 and 14; and
- a talk about equity and diversity in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, Oct. 14.
Future students will also have a chance to ask what 鈥済rad life鈥 is all about during Q-and-A panels with current 91亚色 students. The majority of the panels are offered at multiple times throughout the four-day event to accommodate various schedules.
