Arvin is an information and technology professional with a background in policy development, internal affairs, and economic research in the public service. He also has expertise in digital marketing, having worked across the automotive, home improvement, and consumer product sectors. Currently a Senior Advisor at Health Canada鈥檚 Digital Transformation Branch, Arvin has held roles at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada. He holds a Master鈥檚 in Electronic Commerce from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts from 91亚色. Arvin has volunteered with organizations such as the Canadian Red Cross, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto, and others focused on community support.
My double major in Anthropology and Humanities at 91亚色 laid the foundation for how I approach people, policy, and communication. The program fostered critical thinking, cultural awareness, and an appreciation for diverse perspectives鈥攕kills essential in both public policy and digital marketing. 91亚色 encouraged intellectual curiosity and social engagement, shaping how I connect with communities and understand complex issues.
