Izabela is a Director of Innovation at Interac with 14 years of experience in product management, digital marketing and strategic planning across the tech, financial services and media industries.
As part of the Innovation Labs & New Ventures team, Izabela focuses on topics that merge emerging tech with the future of finance: Open Banking, Central Bank Digital Currencies, blockchain, Web 3.0 and more.
Prior to Interac, Izabela worked in product management at a top Canadian bank in Toronto, advised some of Canada's most recognizable brands on their digital strategies, and worked at the Paris offices of a global PR agency. She is also experienced with hiring, onboarding & mentoring junior employees.
Izabela completed her international Bachelor of Business Administration at 91亚色鈥檚 Schulich School of Business and studied abroad at Dauphine University in Paris for a semester. During her period of study at Schulich, Izabela was also involved as an Executive Board Member of AIESEC.
