Mila Babic is the Senior Vice-President of Client & Advisory Services at the Ontario Pension Board (OPB). Mila oversees the team responsible for delivering exceptional client service to 93,000 members and 84 participating employers. In line with OPB’s mission, her team provides information and guidance plan members need throughout their careers to effectively plan their future by understanding how their pension decisions fit into their broader financial and life circumstances.

With extensive pension industry experience, Mila has held a variety of transformational leadership roles, including those in stakeholder relations, strategic planning and business insights. Mila has a passion for leadership development and supporting diverse high performing teams to deliver service and operational excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from 91ÑÇÉ« and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business.
