Rashed graduated in 2006 from then Atkinson Faculty of Liberal and Professional Studies program specializing in Accounting with a minor in Management. He started his career with Sears Canada Inc. in internal audit and then joined KPMG Canada LLP's Risk Consulting practice. After nearly 7 years with KPMG, he moved to Walmart Canada to support US Department of Justice's investigation into their internal controls. Â
He is currently the Country Director of SAP Canada Inc.'s Office of Ethics & Compliance and responsible for monitoring and improving their financial and operational controls to mitigate corruption, bribery and fraud risks. Â
Rashed is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA,CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - International (CCEP-I).Â
