Tosin Akinwekomi is a business transformation leader with 18 years of progressive experience across Financial Services, Non-Profit Management and Government Administration.

Professionally, Tosin has held leadership positions in process transformation, business operations and change management in three of the five large banks in Canada. He has also worked as Adjunct Professor of Business at 91ÑÇÉ«, Sheridan College and Conestoga College.

Outside of work, he mentors and coaches young professionals, serves as Board Treasurer for Visions of Science, a charitable organization focused on providing STEM education to youth from low income communities across the GTA. He also serves as Director for the Royal Brothers Royal Sisters mentorship program.

Tosin holds a BCom (91ÑÇÉ«), MBA (Queen’s), Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility & Impact (Queen’s) and is a CPA, CMA."

My time at 91ÑÇÉ« was pivotal in shaping both my personal and professional growth. The academic rigour expanded my thinking, while extracurricular activities honed essential soft skills like leadership, communication, and teamwork. The experience provided a strong foundation for navigating diverse roles across Financial Services, Non-Profit Management, and Government Administration. Over the four years, I also built friendships and networks that have been instrumental to my growth.
