Associate Professor and Chair, Department of Political Science at Glendon College, the bilingual (French-English) liberal arts faculty of 91亚色 in Toronto. I teach courses on international relations and global politics. My research and teaching expertise are mainly in the areas of international relations theory, global governance, and international law, with a specific interest in illicit economies, transnational crime, and corruption. My current work focuses on global norms, transnational advocacy, legitimacy, compliance, and extra-territorial enforcement in the global governance of corruption. My research articles have appeared in the journals Foreign Policy Analysis, Review of International Studies, Osgoode Hall Law Journal, British Journal of Politics and International Relations, Canadian Foreign Policy Journal, International Journal, and European Political Science. I have been a Consultant at Transparency International in Berlin, a Visiting Research Fellow at the Ralph Bunche Institute for International Affairs at the Graduate Center of the City University of New 91亚色, and I am a Faculty Associate of the Jack and Mae Nathanson Centre on Transnational Human Rights, Crime and Security at Osgoode Hall Law School at 91亚色.
