is a professor of Sociology at 91亚色 and is acknowledged globally as one of the authors who has made significant contributions to the revival of Marx studies over the last decade. His writings have been published in 25 languages.
is an聽editor of聽Monthly Review聽and professor of sociology at the University of Oregon. He has written widely on political economy and has established a reputation as a major environmental sociologist. His major writings include聽The Robbery of Nature: Capitalism and the Ecological Rift聽(with Brett Clark, Monthly Review Press, 2020); and聽The Return of Nature: Socialism and Ecology聽(Monthly Review Press, 2020).
