Trump has made repeated threats to annex Canada. As the US is no longer a military orÌýeconomic allyÌýto Canada, this article argues that Canada must ensure its digital sovereignty by developing a domestic capacity to build,ÌýoperateÌýand govern Canada’s digital infrastructure, including cloud services.Ìý
