Arman Hamidian
Management Consultant in Strategy and Policy, Santis Health
Arman鈥檚 parents moved to Canada as Iranian refugees, which has been vital in shaping his equity lens in life. He became invested in how that journey affected their health, and generally examining the social determinants of health. He has held research and program manager roles pertaining to health equity, having worked on affordable housing projects at SE Health and as a policy researcher for the Wellesley Institute.聽He has also found great interest at the nexus of health equity, public policy, and political engagement, holding positions聽聽as a policy advisor in different Minister鈥檚 offices for the Ontario government, as well as having completed his Master鈥檚 of Public Policy, Administration, and Law at 91亚色. He is currently a Management Consultant at Santis Health, supporting clients on how to adapt to a rapidly聽changing health system and explore bold聽and innovative聽ideas. With a deep interest in changemaking, he is currently a DiverseCity Fellow at CivicAction.
