With 18+ years of municipal leadership experience, Rhonda has a strong record driving corporate-wide service and culture transformation. She has led dozens of complex initiatives and built several high-performing programs, teams and operations from the ground up.
Since joining Perry Group in 2023, Rhonda鈥檚 led numerous strategic IT, digital and customer service innovation, CRM and ERP procurement projects for municipal clients such as 91亚色 Region, Cambridge, Guelph, Hamilton, Windsor and Haldimand County.
Previously, she was a Management Consultant on the City of Toronto鈥檚 Smart City team and led the Service Brampton/311 and Service Innovation & Corporate Performance divisions for the City of Brampton. Earlier in her career, Rhonda managed IT Client Services teams in the private sector.
Rhonda holds a Master Certificate in Municipal Leadership and served on the Board of Directors of the Municipal Service Delivery Officials (MSDO) association for several years. She has presented at national conferences and professional events sharing Brampton鈥檚 service transformation and Toronto鈥檚 chatbot experiences.
