Researchers and community partners aiming to prevent youth homelessness in Canada
TORONTO, May 21, 2019 – The leaders of A Way Home Canada and the Canadian Observatory on Homelessness will speak at 91ÑÇÉ« on Thursday, May 23, about their joint efforts to end youth homelessness by preventing it. The Making the Shift network, funded through the federal government’s Networks of Centres of Excellence program, will be hosted by 91ÑÇÉ«. It will use community-engaged research to develop and test new ideas and policies to shift the focus from emergency services to prevention of homeless.Ìý
