91ÑÇɫ’s Lassonde School of Engineering is launching its first-ever professional master’s degree with a new course-based Master of Engineering (MEng) in Sustainable Energy Systems designed to prepare graduates for leadership roles in the rapidly expanding energy sector. 

Lassonde School of Engineering launches new Mechatronics program 

The Lassonde School of Engineering at 91ÑÇÉ« has launched a new, innovative Mechatronics Bachelor of Engineering degree that integrates multiple engineering disciplines with hands-on industry experience in a single four-year program. Dean Jane Goodyer says the program’s focus on experiential learning, leadership, creativity, and problem-solving will prepare students for success in a rapidly transforming workplace. 

91ÑÇÉ« U welcomes six new Schulich Leaders to campuses for the first time

91ÑÇÉ« is proud to have welcomed a record six Schulich Leaders to campus this September, recipients of Canada’s largest, most prestigious Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) scholarship. The students say they are beyond thrilled to receive the generous scholarship that will allow them to focus on their studies at the Lassonde School of Engineering at 91ÑÇÉ« without worrying about financial pressures, and give them the skills they need to apply their technical and creative talents towards positive social change.

Two incoming 91ÑÇÉ« U engineering students receive prestigious $100K+ Schulich Leader scholarships

Students entering the Lassonde School of Engineering at 91ÑÇÉ« were among the 13th cohort of Schulich Leaders, recipients of Canada’s largest, most prestigious Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) scholarship.
