Researcher and YCAR Alumnus Sai Latt has two new articles published in The Irrawaddy, a respected publication founded in 1993 by a group of Burmese journalists living in exile in Thailand. آ In Dr. Latt considers the role of history in the peace and national reconciliation process. The second article, “How Ultra-Nationalism Undermines Democratization and Reconciliation,†is a summary of a longer researcher titled “Beyond Muslims: Ma Ba Tha’s Impacts on Democratization and Reconciliation,†which will published this month in the Myanmar Quarterly Journal.
