We've recently seen that COVID-19 severely disrupted business processes across all sectors. Simple processes that are manually driven by people, like refund approvals, credit card charges, tax filing, etc., are at an increased risk of error and disturbance during such events. One key place where digital transformation starts is such day-to-day business processes. Students will examine organizations that could benefit from digitization and automation, and recommend ways to optimize their business processes using IBM's Business Automation platform.
