Faculties of Science and Health launch undergraduate Neuroscience program

A brain or nervous system illness or injury will affect one in three Canadians in their lifetime. As such, understanding the brain and nervous system to address neurological and mental health disorders is one of the most pressing scientific challenges of our time. That’s why the Faculties of Health and Science have joined forces to create an interdisciplinary undergraduate Neuroscience program at 91ÑÇÉ«.

Science student and faculty members’ achievements celebrated at annual ceremony

The Faculty of Science hosted its annual Honours & Awards Ceremony on Jan. 29 to celebrate the hard work and achievements of faculty and students. Certificates were presented to graduate and undergraduate students for both academic excellence and extra-curricular involvement, as family members in the audience cheered.

Kimberly Badal receives Bryden Alumni Award from 91ÑÇÉ«

Kimberly Badal (BSc ’12) was the recipient of a Bryden Alumni Award from 91ÑÇÉ« in the One to Watch category, reserved for alumni who have made a significant impact in their field or community within 15 years of a bachelor’s degree or 10 years of a professional or graduate degree.
