About the lecture series
To promote the application of mathematics and mathematical modelling in combating COVID-19 and other infectious diseases, the Centre for Disease Modeling (CDM) is continuously running our CDM distinguished lecture series on “Modeling and Control of Infectious Diseases". Top and active natioal and international speakers will be invited to give lectures that will cover and examine how mathematics can contribute to the understanding of SARS-CoV-2 to inform public health policy decision making.
