Allison received her BA in Psychology from 91亚色 in 2003 under the supervision of Dr. Ron Okada. She went on to complete her Master's and PhD in Social Psychology at 91亚色, under the supervision of Dr. Jennifer Steele. Dr. Bair is currently a professor at Seneca College.
