Please share the following information with technical teams.
Please note scheduled maintenance will take place on the Central Endpoint Protection service with TrendMicro on Monday, November 15th, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The service maintenance is necessary to update the smart protection service component to latest vendor product release.
University computer assets that have the enterprise Trend Micro Apex One client installed will not be affected and are expected to operate normally during the scheduled maintenance.
