Remote Delivery component on the MyApps service ()

Impact/Details:
-This service outage is specifically affecting the Remote Delivery component of the MyApps service.
-This means that classic SIS applications hosted on MyApps and other applications with the 'Launch Remote' option are failing to load.
-Other delivery services under MyApps are not affected.
