Please share the following with your teams. Incident Summary: A system issue occurred on Wednesday October 1, 2025, which impacted user access to HR reports and affected the availability of Salary Commitment information in financial reports such as the Statement of Operations and Forecast Entry.
System affected: eReports – Enterprise Operational Reporting System
Date of occurrence: Wednesday October 1, 2025
Impact: No access to HR data within reports
Root cause: The issue was caused by a data anomaly that adversely affected user security access and disrupted the data extraction process.
Resolution: The issue has been fully resolved. Normal functionality has been restored, and we are continuing to monitor the system to ensure stability.
