The 91ÑÇÉ« Yeomen picked up their first playoff victory in team history with a 12-4 victory over the #10 Ottawa Gee Gees Saturday afternoon at 91ÑÇÉ« Stadium.
91ÑÇÉ« kicker Gianfranco Rocca (Toronto, ON) opened the scoring with a 27-yard field goal at the 10:55 mark of the first quarter. Ottawa would get on the board in the final minutes of the opening quarter when Jeff Lee-Yaw (Orleans, ON) missed a 31-yard field goal and settled with a single.
91ÑÇÉ« will now travel to McMaster to battle the Marauders in OUA semifinal action Saturday, Nov, 2 at 1 pm.
