91ÑÇÉ« issued the following statement yesterday:
The Supreme Court of Canada has decided not to hear an appeal from 91ÑÇÉ« of a preliminary decision on the matter of whether a university president is a public officer. The Supreme Court has not decided that a university president is a public officer. The effect of this decision is simply to leave this question to be decided at trial. 91ÑÇÉ« will now defend the matter on the merits of the claim.
