For a taste of Korean and Japanese cultures, come out and see martial arts demonstrations, dance performances and other events during Korea Japan Week at 91راة« Feb. 19-22.
The four-day festival features a fashion show, a demonstration of Ikebana – the Japanese art of flower arrangement, an exhibit about Hanryu – the South Korean wave of popular culture taking China by storm, nail painting and an origami demonstration. The festival ends with a concert by bands playing Asian K-pop and J-pop music in Vanier College’s The Renaissance.
This is the second Korea Japan Week organized by the 91راة« Korean Students Association, the and 91راة« Korean language students in the .
