91ÑÇɫ’s Human Resources Department, in partnership with the PRASE (Process Re-Engineering and Service Excellence) office, is making it easier for the University community to pose questions and receive responses with the release of its new ASK a Human Resources Expert tool.
Utilizing the same technology the Registrar's Office uses for helping students with its ASK a Student Services Expert, the new tool will provide answers to general 
human resources questions, as well as provide links to existing websites for more information. It is a simple and quick way to find answers to human resource questions 24/7.
The new tool is designed to improve knowledge transfer, reduce potential inconsistency of response, and streamline the access to information allowing faculty and staff to find the information they are looking for more efficiently.
The system works best if a full sentence is entered versus one or two keywords. It will then seek the best response match from a comprehensive knowledge base.
The tool's knowledge base will be regularly reviewed and enhanced to reflect the needs of the University's employees.
