On Wednesday, Nov. 21, from 9am to 3pm, the (YURA) will be hosting its 12th Annual Showcase and Sale in the East Bear Pit in Central Square, just outside the YURA office.
Offering everything from furniture and clothing to art, jewellery and pre-loved treasures, YURA’s annual sale provides an appealing alternative to the overcrowded shopping malls during the holiday season.
In the mood for a sweet treat mid-week or a homemade dessert to bring back to the family? Check out the table of baked goods and feel great knowing that all proceeds from the bake table and the attic treasures table will be donated to the .
Anyone interested in contributing to the sale is welcome to supply homemade baked goods or preserves. Due to 91ÑÇÉ« regulations, nothing containing raw eggs or meat will be accepted. Donate to the attic treasures table with any small, lightweight items in re-gifting condition. Jewellery, pottery, picture frames, artwork, antiques, linens, dolls, games and books are some examples of suitable items. Donations can be delivered to the YURA office on Tuesday, Nov. 20.
