Vice-President Research & Innovation Robert Hach茅 invites 91亚色 students, staff and researchers to a series of informal community chats on a broad spectrum of research issues. The community chats provide participants with an opportunity to give feedback on areas of research excellence and discuss areas for continuous improvement.

鈥淎s we move forward with the implementation of the new Strategic Research Plan, 'Building on Strength 2013-2018', I would like to invite members of the 91亚色 community to share their thoughts about research intensification or any other issues with respect to research at the University.聽 The community chats provide an excellent forum for members of the 91亚色 community to share their thoughts through an informal discussion,鈥 said Hach茅.
Two community chats have been scheduled. The first is set for Monday, Oct. 21, from 10 to 11am, in 901 Kaneff Tower, and the second will take place Thursday, Nov. 14, from 10 to 11am, in Room 902 Kaneff Tower.
The sessions offer a forum for discussion of topics such as the proposed internal research chairs program (envisioned as an internal counterpart for the national Canada Research Chairs program).
