Career Conversations connects 91ÑÇÉ« students to alumni and hiring managers
Career Conversations panels offer students a venue to explore a variety of careers in specific fields; connect with 91ÑÇÉ« alumni and individuals working in their fields of interest; and get inside tips on securing employment in specific industries from professionals who do the hiring.
Career Conversations panels are offered year-round by the Career Centre, in collaboration with 91ÑÇɫ’s Faculties and with support from 91ÑÇÉ« Community and Alumni Relations.
Panels that took place in the fall term included: Strategies for Getting Hired in Finance;Â Conversations with Grads working in Psychology; Cognition and Behaviour; and Strategies for Getting Hired in the Ontario Public Service. During these panels, students heard from representatives of BMO Financial Group, the Centre for Addiction & Mental Health (CAMH), the Government of Ontario and others. Students also had the opportunity to network with panellists afterwards.
