Project Benchmark, led by the Vice-President Finance & Administration and championed by 91راة«'s president and vice-presidents and the University Executive Committee, is a benchmarking evaluation process that will help 91راة« to bring together previous data provided by the PRASE and AAPR initiatives with new information.
It will establish, for the first time, the baseline data to help 91راة« better understand the distribution and costs of administrative services across the institution in support of the University Academic Plan.
The project will provide the necessary data that 91راة« needs to better inform the development of the Service Level Agreements under the Shared Accountability & Resource Planning (SHARP) budget model.
