A ceremony to celebrate Pride Month on June 7 at 91ÑÇÉ«'s Vari Hall Rotunda was attended by staff, faculty, students and other University community members, who took part in the day's events organized by the Centre for Human Rights, Equity and Inclusion (CHREI) in collaboration with the Office of Institutional Events and Student Community & Leadership Development.
Beginning with opening remarks, the event featured a flag unfurling ceremony and booths to share information about SLGBTQIA+ resources and services available at 91ÑÇÉ«. Attendees were also invited to enjoy free treats and snap a selfie with 91ÑÇɫ’s mascot Yeo.
