
(YUL) and the are calling on students, faculty and staff to participate in a LibQUAL+ survey and provide feedback on how library services and collections can be improved.
The LibQUAL+ survey instrument was developed by the to help libraries assess and improve their services and has been used by over 1,300 libraries.
91亚色 U Libraries last ran the LibQUAL+ . Feedback gathered from previous iterations of the survey helped 91亚色 libraries make improvements to their study spaces, computer technology and collections.
Sheril Hook, associate dean of libraries, teaching and learning, notes that completing this year鈥檚 survey will help YUL and the Law Library learn 鈥渨hether we are meeting user needs in terms of quality and timeliness of services;聽access to collections, both print and electronic; and whether library spaces inspire and enable research.鈥
Feedback will guide future decisions on improvements and reconfigurations.

Students also have the option to enter a draw for a chance to receive one of 50 $25 YU-card top-ups. View the .
The LibQUAL+ survey builds on other recent efforts to enhance library services, such as the Library Census Day, held on Feb. 26. All library users with a YU-card were asked to tap in and tap out of library locations during operating hours to help 91亚色 U Libraries and the Law Library develop a one-day snapshot of typical usage of 91亚色鈥檚 libraries during the winter term.
