Sponsorship Opportunities

The 19th ACM International Conference of the Conference on Information and Knowledge Management (CIKM) is the premier conference on topics at the confluence of information retrieval, databases, and knowledge management communities. Since 1992, CIKM has successfully brought together leading researchers and developers from the database, information retrieval, and knowledge management communities. The purpose of the conference is to identify challenging problems facing the development of future knowledge and information systems, and to shape future research directions through the publication of high quality, applied and theoretical research findings. In CIKM 2010, we will continue the tradition of promoting collaboration among multiple areas. During CIKM 2010, which will be held in Toronto, we will create a program that bridges further the academic-commercial gap in the database, information retrieval, and knowledge management communities. Attendees will hear about very recent research results and be able to network with the who’s-who (luminaries, researchers, and practitioners) in the field.

Sponsorship Opportunities

CIKM offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities suitable for large as well as small organizations. Sponsors of CIKM gain visibility for their companies, demonstrate their support of critical information retrieval and knowledge management related research and development, and contribute to the success of the conference. Four levels of sponsorship are available:

• Platinum: $12,000
• Gold: $8,000
• Silver: $5,000
• Bronze: $2,500

In-kind sponsorships that directly defray the costs of the conference are also welcome, (for example, sponsorship for a student travel scholarship, coffee break, reception, or banquet), in these cases, the sponsor name is prominently displayed.

Sponsorship Benefits

A CIKM sponsor at any level will be listed in the conference Program Guide, and on the conference Web site, with an active link to the sponsor's company Home Page. Depending on the level of sponsorship, a sponsor will receive the following additional benefits:

Silver Sponsor

• Recognized as Silver supporter on registration brochures and conference programs

• Recognized as Bronze supporter on registration brochures and conference programs
