With school just around the corner, many Ontario parents and teachers are still wondering whether it鈥檚 safe for children and teens to return to school amid the novel coronavirus pandemic.
鈥淩ight now, I don鈥檛 think [schools] will be able to adhere to the guidelines put out by SickKids and the other public health units in Ontario,鈥 Aparna Mishra Tarc, an education professor and director of 91亚色鈥檚 Graduate Program in Education, said.
鈥淐lass sizes are critical to being able to follow some of the guidelines鈥 don鈥檛 think it鈥檚 safe.鈥
