The second annual National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is a reminder of our responsibility to learn the history of the legacies of residential schools, honour the survivors, their families, intergenerational survivors and the children who never came home.
More than 700 faculty, staff and students attended 91亚色鈥檚 National Day for Truth and Reconciliation virtual panel, 鈥淩eflections on Truth and Reconciliation,鈥 which took place Sept. 30. The panel focused on reconciliation in action and was the University鈥檚 keynote event leading into a full day of activities created for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
