This week, I鈥檓 only adding the shortest of blog posts. That鈥檚 because I want to give centre stage to our two new full-time faculty members at the MCI!
Starting this year, there will be three of us onsite at Glendon on a full-time basis. I will be joined by my Mandarin-booth colleague Emma Zhang, and by my French- and Spanish-booth colleague Qjinti Oblitas.
Emma should be a familiar face to those of you that follow my blog. She was with us last year at the MCI in a different capacity. She had such a tremendous impact on the program that we were pleased to bring her back as a full-time faculty member. Ever one to jump in with both feet, Emma has already set up her own blog on this website, and I just helped her make her .
Next week, we鈥檒l give Qjinti a chance to introduce herself to the blogsphere as well. She has a lot of exciting ideas about interpreter training, and we鈥檙e eager to share them with you. Keep your eyes peeled for more news from Qjinti. But in the meantime, please help me welcome our two new full-time faculty members. The MCI is growing by leaps and bounds, and I鈥檓 very glad to have them aboard!
