Plan Your Degree

All three-degree options share foundational requirements in Years 1 and 2. Beginning in Year 3, requirements differ depending on the degree option, including the number of major and elective credits required.

Understanding these differences can help you plan your courses and explore additional academic opportunities such as a minor, double major, or certificate. If you are considering any of these options, connect with Academic Advising early to understand how it may affect your course selection and degree requirements.

When planning your course schedule, pay close attention to prerequisites (including credit requirements) and remember that most Health Studies (HLST) courses are not offered in the summer.

Build a foundation in Health Studies and complete your general education requirements.

Beyond the classroom, explore opportunities to connect with peers, develop new skills and get involved through Calumet College.
