鈥淩oundtable: Gender-Based Violence in Refugee Youth:Toward Trauma-Informed Practice鈥 was organized by , Women鈥檚 Health Research Chair in Mental Health and associate professor, School of Nursing, and took place as part of the 鈥淕ender-Based Violence and Refugee Youth: Toward Trauma-Informed Practice鈥 project.
鈥淭he goal of this roundtable consultation session was to present research findings from a review on gender-based violence against refugee youth to service providers and program managers from community agencies, and to receive their input and to work with them towards developing a youth-centered and trauma-informed service delivery framework,鈥 said Khanlou.
