HRM professor quoted in article about making return-to-office successful in HR Reporter

Jelena Zikic, professor in the School of Human Resource Management, has been quoted in an article in HR Reporter about how to make the return to office smoother for employees and employers. The article looks at the biggest mistakes made by employers and HR with the return to office mandates and how to avoid them.
