Indigenous History Month

June marksÌýIndigenous History MonthÌý–Ìýa time to honour the history, cultures and ongoing presence of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. It’s an opportunity to engage with the Indigenous knowledges, languages and practices that shape 91ÑÇÉ« and enrich communities across Canada.Ìý

Check out the new Moccasin Identifier installation outside 91ÑÇÉ« Station, featuring four engraved moccasin designs along the pathway. This initiative advances the principles of reconciliation and fosters public awareness of First Nations’ treaties, history, culture and traditions through education, collaboration and art.Ìý
