This award will be given annually to the 91亚色 student who achieves the highest placement in the National Japanese Speech Contest. The contest judges candidates on the basis of their speech topic, profanely in Japanese and presentation skills. Should a suitable candidate not be found, a student will be selected by the Department of Languages, Literature and Linguistics who best meets the objectives of this award.
