We are excited to announce that the elections for the Executive Committee for Fall 2025 is here! This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our society. Whether you're considering a leadership role for the first time or looking to continue your involvement, now is the time to start planning.
We are looking for new Executive Committee members (President, Vice-President, and Marketing Officer) to serve our fellow students for the Fall Term. (Duration of the service: one academic term renewable) Â
Candidates must be excellent communicators and able to connect and maintain effective relationships with fellow students, employers, and alumni. We also expect the candidates to be energetic and creative with an analytical mind and excellent organizational skills.     
Prepare your personal statement in a max of 250 words, and indicate separately your preference among the five positions (most preferred as one and least preferred as 5). Send it to the Returning Officer Tony Stanco at stancotony@gmail.com.The deadline date will be announced.
How to Prepare:
Identify Your Interest: Consider which role might be the best fit for you based on your skills and interests. Each position has unique responsibilities and requires different skills.
Prepare Your Candidacy: Start preparing your campaign. Think about your vision for the role and how you plan to contribute to the society's objectives.
Engage with Current Officers: Reach out to current committee members to gain insights into the responsibilities and rewards of their positions.
Submit Your Nomination: Ensure you meet all the nomination criteria and submit your application by the deadline.

Below is the mandate of the executive team;
President shall:
- Ensures participation during the meeting.
- Ensure all relevant matters are discussed, and effective decisions are made and carried out.
- Agree on the agenda prior to any meeting.
- Ensure any dispute is carried out in a fair and transparent manner.
- Will represent the Society, help host events, and interact with stakeholders where applicable, be the main speaker to introduce issues, suggestions, and topics during the meeting.
- Appoint and delegate the appropriate people to the relevant tasks.
- Evaluating and performing ongoing analysis of society meetings and operation leads to continuous improvement in society.
- Have an active strategy to Recruiting and retaining members.
- Liaise with the MFAc Practicum Coordinator (Professor Paul Evans/Tony Stanco) to organize events to help society members network, improve their resumes and provide more guidance about their career path.
- Review all monthly reports/agendas submitted on time.
- Meet with your faculty advisor to discuss agenda points and current club issues.
³Õ¾±³¦±ðâ€P°ù±ð²õ¾±»å±ð²Ô³Ù shall:
- Help the President adopt a strategy to appoint a good strategy for recruiting good candidates for Society.
- Review and ensure all monthly reports are submitted on time.
- Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of social events and initiatives for Society.
- Ensure that academic and social events and initiatives follow all applicable rules and laws of 91ÑÇÉ«.
- Ensure that each officer is aiding the committee to which he/she is assigned.
Marketing Executive shall:
- Responsible for all the branding and marketing matters of the Society.
- Responsible for updating the MFAc webpage and social media page.
- Prepare and be accountable for the design and publication materials.
- Participate in event organizing when assigned.
