PGWP updates
IRCC has updated PGWP rules. Most applicants must now meet CLB 7 (English) or NCLC 7 (French). Degree program graduates remain eligible for up to a 3-year PGWP, while some certificate and diploma programs may be impacted by new field of study requirements. 91ÑÇÉ« International will provide updates as they become available.
Study Permit/IRCC update 2025
IRCC has updated study permit rules, including PAL requirements for most new applicants and increased financial proof starting September 1, 2025. Current students extending at the same institution are generally PAL-exempt. 91ÑÇÉ« International will continue to share updates.

Advising Support
For individual questions or further assistance, students are encouraged to attend a virtual or in-person drop-in advising session. These sessions offer the most efficient means of addressing specific concerns and receiving timely guidance.
Students considering taking FACC6850-Financial Accountability Practicum are particularly encouraged to schedule a discussion about their Co-op permit plans and have advising sessions with both and MIAB.
